We are committed to maintain the same levels of client service and attention our clients received during the original project in order to establish a long-term relationship.

To support this philosophy, in 2005 we launched a new Client Support Team dedicated to supporting our clients. Our new team is headed up by Richard Dickson, who acts as a dedicated contact for future churn works and minor projects.

In addition to project managing the works, they ensure that all approvals are obtained and provide updated "As-Built" drawings on an ongoing basis. After every project we conduct client satisfaction surveys to ensure that we have met your expectations. We pride ourselves in delivering quality office interiors, and in the last 12 months over 50% of our turnover has been repeat business or direct referral.
